ü Identify inappropriate prescribing in relation to drugs with less clinical values.

ü Highlight and investigate changes in the prescribing pattern.

ü Ensure that all prescribing related local enhanced services are being maximized and generating the right income for the center.

ü Medication reviews for patient with large numbers of drugs will be conducted to ensure best care and reduce prescribing bills.

ü Shared care guidelines will also be discussed with all clinicians.
